EXCHANGES & RETURNS
To be eligible for an exchange, return or refund, you must:
- The return/exchange/refund request has been lodged within 30 days of purchase
- Ensure the product being returned is in its original condition.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning any items. Before making a return/exchange please contact Lachy via email.

State your order number (for example. Order #1001) in the email Subject, then include information as to why you would like to make and exchange or receive a refund.
We will inspect the product(s) when they arrive to determine whether we will approve them or decline them for refund or exchange. This process will take 1-3 business days. If we approve your request in the case of an exchange we will send back your new item(s) to the customer free of charge. If your request is declined we will send the product(s) back to you free of charge.
LOST PARCELS
All our orders are sent out via AusPost. We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels (unless we are at fault). To minimise the chances of you losing a parcel, we ask you to double check the delivery address on your order. If you see you have put the wrong delivery address prior to placing an order the best way to get in contact with us is by emailing Lachy with the subject of the email being your order number followed by "Change of Address" (example: Order #1001 Change of Address).
